Terms and Conditions:

1. Campaign Period
This promotion runs from 12:00am on 1 September 2025 to 11:59pm on 30 September 2025 (AEST). Entries outside this period will not be counted.

2. Eligibility
-Open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
-Participants must use the Dumpling Chef App to make qualifying purchases.

3. Prizes
Total of 106 prizes will be awarded:

-First and Second Prize winners will be contacted to arrange delivery or pickup.
-Third and Fourth Prize winners are encouraged to collect their prizes in-store. Dumpling Chef also offers the option to post the prizes; however, winners who choose postage will be responsible for covering the postage fee.
-All prizes must be claimed by 31 October 2025. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited or redrawn at Dumpling Chef’s discretion.

5. Other Conditions
-Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. No cash alternatives are available.
-Dumpling Chef reserves the right to substitute any prize with a product of equal or greater value if necessary.
-By entering, participants consent to their name being used for promotional purposes (e.g. social media winner announcement).
-Dumpling Chef is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
